Form 1 – Quick Quote —

If you would like us to provide you with a fee quotation, please contact us using the form below or email to admin@topbc.co.uk, ensuring you provide the following information:

  • A copy of the drawings (in pdf format)
  • Project description where no drawing or limited details.
  • Project address where not on the plans or different to Client address.
  • Client name, address, email and telephone number.
  • Approximate construction cost
  • Length of building contract or we will assume a maximum of 12 months.

One of our surveyors will then aim to contact you before the end of the next working day.

Please note a quote is required in all cases, and to accept the online form MUST be completed, the application needs to be valid a minimum of 5 working days before any building work commences.
