This form is used to notify us of your planned start on site date, this is when the builder is due to start on site, as you want us to commence inspections – you are legally obliged to give a minimum 2 working days’ notice of works starting, if known at the time of submission then the date off the application form will be recorded.

The Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024.
