"We hereby appoint Top Building Control Ltd to carry out the role of a Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA) for the above project and hereby give them permission to sign any relevant papers for and on behalf of ourselves in relation to the project. Where we are acting as agent for the person carrying out the work (e.g. the homeowner) we confirm that we have obtained authority to instruct you on their behalf. We accept Top Building Control Ltd’s Terms of Business, which we confirm that we have read and fully understand.
