Form 10 – Final Compliance Declarations (Contractor) —

The Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024.

Requirement is Regulation 18

This form is used to confirm a declaration in accordance with the regulations that:

  • as Contractor all building works are complete.
  • as Contractor that to the best of my knowledge “the works comply with the applicable requirements of the Building Regulations”.
  • This should not be submitted until you can confirm this statement.
  • Failure to submit the statement means a final certificate cannot be issued.

      • Note: If you've selected "No (Not Applicable)" for the above, remember to fill out the relevant Final Compliance Declaration (Designer) separately. If you've selected "Yes", you won't need to fill that out additionally.

      I confirm that: I have read and fulfilled all obligations as Principal Contractor under Regulation 18 of The Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024 and Part 2A of the Building Act 1984 (as amended).

      As far as I can reasonably and practically determine, the works are complete and comply with all applicable Building Regulations requirements to the best of my/our knowledge.

      I therefore formally request that the Final Certificate be issued.
