We are a private sector Registered Building Control Approver providing a client-friendly alternative to Local Authority Building Control throughout Charnwood, Leicestershire and the East Midlands. 

The ideal candidate will be a registered building inspector, but we are happy to train and have previously trained staff members to the necessary levels of registration and then onto to become a Chartered professional. 

We would like someone with good technical knowledge of a building related environment, be a team player, customer focused and willing to learn, we will support all training courses as necessary.

We will offer a package depending on experience and qualification, 40 hours per week based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, payment into a pension scheme, mileage payments, 27 days leave plus bank holidays.
